Service Description

This is a one‑hour, in‑person consultation in Waterford, CT. This session includes a $45 fee, which will be applied toward the purchase of a hairpiece if you choose to buy one. During your appointment, you’ll have time to try on hairpieces from our current inventory while our team guides you through fit, style, and construction options. We’ll also review insurance details and answer any questions you may have so you feel confident and supported throughout your journey.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled online consultation will incur a non‑refundable fee equal to the full session cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation and the same fee applies. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In true emergency circumstances, we will review the situation and issue a refund at our discretion.
