We proudly assist clients with insurance coverage for medical grade wigs and offer in-person, virtual and mobile consultations for convenient, accessible support. Our curated medical wig collection features premium solutions engineered for realism, comfort, and durability. Insurance Assistance
Our team is committed to making medical-wigs as accessible and affordable as possible. We guide you through the insurance process, explain your benefits, and help you understand what your plan may cover. Starting 2/10/2026, we will be in-network with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Sheild. This means BCBS members can use their insurance directly through us, so you do not pay upfront or request reimbursement on your own. We do it for you! We are currently out-of-network with other providers but actively working on expanding partnerships. Many clients can still receive partial or full reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits, and we provide all required documentation to support your claim.
Consultations
A professional cranial prosthesis specialist is here to guide you in choosing the right wig, topper, toupee, or hair loss prosthetic. Our consultations are private, supportive, and focused on restoring confidence during an often-overwhelming time. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, needs, and preferences guiding you through insurance, educating you on your options, and helping you select a medical-grade prosthesis that feels natural, secure, and truly your own. Consultations are available online, at home or in-person at our dedicated Wig RX suite located inside of Vesta Salon in Waterford, CT.
